1. Returns & Replacement Window (Physical Products)
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with a physical product, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
To be eligible for a return or replacement, physical items must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Include all original tags, labels, and packaging
- Not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Physical Products
- Items showing signs of use, washing, or customer-caused damage
- Sale, clearance, or discounted items (unless received damaged or defective)
- Items returned after the 7-day window
Digital Products
- All digital products (including downloads, files, or digital content) are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered or accessed, except in cases of technical defects that prevent access.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost, depending on availability.
5. How to Request a Return or Replacement

2️⃣ Provide Proof: Attach clear images or videos showing the issue (mandatory for damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
3️⃣ Approval: Once approved, we will provide return instructions or arrange pickup where applicable.
4️⃣ Processing:
- Replacement: Shipped after the returned item is received and inspected (if required).
- Refund: Processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
6. Refund Method
💰 Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallet).
💡 Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via store credit or bank transfer, as applicable.
7. Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled before processing or fulfillment begins.
- Once processing has started, cancellations are not possible.
